Martha Stott

Meet Martha
Martha Stott grew up in Texas, where she spent summer on her grandparents' farm and hours reading every kid's book about horses that she could find. Some of her favorites were Misty of Chincoteague, King of the Wind, and Come On Seabiscuit.
Fifty years later, Martha adopted a pony from a kill auction in Texas. She spent two years riding Toby before hanging up her spurs to fulfill a lifelong writing dream. Besides writing, Martha enjoys baking sourdough bread, gardening, volunteering at the Oceanside Public Library READS Learning Center. She lives in Oceanside, CA. Bullheaded is her first novel.
